Student Registration

To register a student in the Sodus Central School District, the Registration Packet must be completed and the required documentation provided.  Please submit the registration and documentation to Kelley Darling in the Student Services Office, by fax at (315) 483-5248, or email: Registration@soduscsd.org.

REGISTRATION FOR 3- & 4-UPK IS OPEN!!

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION PACKET WITH DOCUMENTS BY THE END OF THE SCHOOL DAY ON MAY 15, 2025.

Dependent on the number of registrations, a lottery may need to be held for placement in the program. A notification will go out from the district advising that a lottery will be taking place for placement in the UPK program.

Required Documents

  • Child's Birth Certificate

  •  Proof of Residence

  • Child's Physical/Immunization Record Signed by Health Care Professional   

  • Any Legal Documentation Regarding Custody 

  • DSS 2999 for Foster Children

  • IEP's / 504 Plan

Change of Address:

Please submit all address and contact changes to the District Registrar. A completed Residency Questionnaire and proof of the new residency will need to be submitted together. Proof of Residency includes a lease, mortgage statement/deed, or current utility bill. Please contact Kelley Darling at 315-483-5208 or Registration@soduscsd.org if you have any questions.
